About Toronto Sober Living Network

Building Toronto's strongest recovery support community

Our Mission

Founded in partnership with Addiction Rehab Toronto, the Toronto Sober Living Network creates a supportive community where people can share experiences, learn practical recovery skills, and build meaningful connections. Whether you're sober-curious, in early recovery, celebrating long-term sobriety, or supporting a loved one, this is your space to belong.

Our Values

  • Inclusive: All backgrounds, ages, and recovery stages welcome
  • Confidential: First-name basis, what's shared stays here
  • Supportive: No judgment, only encouragement
  • Growth-Focused: Emphasis on healing and development

Partnership with The Gatehouse

Since 1998, The Gatehouse has been a strong and supportive space for children, youth, families and adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse. They provide peer support group programs, individual therapy, and expressive arts therapy for adult survivors.

We're honored to partner with The Gatehouse for this event and many more in the future. We recognize that early childhood trauma can often lead to addiction and substance use. While ART provides treatment for those coping with trauma effects, we're deeply grateful for The Gatehouse's work in addressing root causes.
